Mobile Advertising
The main thing you need to know about mobile advertising is that in November Google paid $750 million for the mobile advertising network AdMob. With revenues of something like $40 million, Google clearly believes that mobile advertising is poised for growth.
How could it not be? Ask anyone with a smart phone the last time they picked up the yellow pages and you'll see that things are changing quickly. Mobile advertising is one of the most immature Internet marketing techniques. The audiences it can deliver are small, but in some cases highly targetable. Like some of the other options, this is a great time to learn the terrain before the competition heats up.
